Bipasha Basu to do Action Flick

Bipasha had expressed her itching desire to do an action role after a spate of serious, character-based roles in her recent films. Well, the wish has been granted. She will reportedly play a femme fatale in the movie titled Players which will be the official remake of The Italian Job.

From what we learn, the makers of the film saw the rushes of Rohan Sippy’s upcoming film Dum Maaro Dum which has Bipasha playing a Goan junkie. Moreover, Bipasha’s spunky performance in Dhoom 2 was also in their mind.

Players will have Bipasha sharing screen space with actors like Abhishek Bachchan, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Bobby Deol.

It will be a full-on action film revolving around a heist, with loads of stunts, pyrotechnics and, needless to say, unexpected twists and turns in the plot.
